Who Are We?

HCBS is a company started out of necessity, hope, enthusiasm, and a undeniable love of anything art, crafts, and GLITTER! I was inspired by my daughter Alexis, she is disabled due to a tragic car accident. I needed to be home to be a caregiver and honestly I need to find a way to be Happy again. I found my HAPPY place in glitter!!

What Do We Sell?

We sell high quality glitter, tumbler blanks and craft supplies. All my collections have an amazing shine and quality. The number of possibilities is endless and will leave you speechless.

What Is Our Mission?

We are a small family-owned business that appreciates our customers and believes in giving back to our community. Each order, no matter how big or small, is filled with the same amount of love and attention! Our motto is "It can take months to get a new customer, but only minutes to lose one!" We are not interested in just making a sale. We want to build relationships with lifelong customers.

What is Glitter For A Cause?

What is it? 
When our daughter, Alexis, had her car accident, the community came together in ways I could never imagine helping her and our family. Alexis's story inspired so many people to give that when we started HCBS we needed to find a way to give back to our community. Glitter For A Cause is our way of doing just that!
How does it work?
Some glitters are named after special warriors we have met along the way. With their permission, we agreed to share their stories and donate 100% of all profit from their glitter sales to a fund or charity of their choice. You can direct your donation by purchasing one of these designated glitters. The money will go into the Glitter For A Cause Fund and will be paid out at the end of each year.

Where are you located?

We are primarily an e-commerce business. However, we understand some of our customers need to get supplies quickly or would prefer to pick them up locally, so we keep some items in stock and offer a free local pick up option for select items at Glover's Second Hand 1200 S High St, Columbia Tn. 38401

What are your hours of operation? 

HCBS is available online and by phone Monday-Saturday 8 am-8 pm CST.

The hours for our retail/pick up location are as follows: 

Thursday 10 AM–5 PM
Friday 10 AM–5 PM
Saturday 11 AM–5 PM
Sunday Closed
Monday Closed
Tuesday 10AM–5 PM
Wednesday 10AM–5 PM

 

What is the local pick-up option and how does it work?

With the local pick-up option, you would place your order online and select that you would like to pick up locally. The order will be processed and delivered to the Glover's Second Hand within 24 hours, at which time you will be sent a confirmation email letting you know that your order is ready for pick up. All you have to do is present your confirmation letter to the cashier and they will provide you with your order. This option is free to use. 

Are all items available for pick up?

The short answer for this would be 'not yet" However, they will be soon! In an effort to offer a wider variety of products we only have some locally-stock items. The rest of our products are provided through a dropping service courtesy of our supplier. As our business grows, we will be able to keep more products locally- stocked as well as be able to expand our product line to include other types of supplies.
